- Jasper is the model of the hybrid researcher, with extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, and in his more than 15-year career he has gained experience on the customer and agency side. Jasper took his first steps in market research at Censydiam where he - as a qualitative researcher - provided numerous international clients with strategic research and advice. After this period he made the switch to the client side where he worked for JT International and Douwe Egberts as global Insights Manager and helped with the strategic growth of brands such as Douwe Egberts, Senseo, L'OR and Pickwick. In 2013, Jasper was at the cradle of the founding of Haystack where he was working in various management roles until September 2019, with an explicit focus on innovation. Jasper developed new methodologies and analysis models, and coached the research teams to a higher level. Because of his commitment, Haystack is one of the most innovative players in the industry. Jasper regularly gives guest lectures on market research and his groundbreaking paper on the importance of context in research earned him an Esomar nomination for best methodology and best case study.
